Are You Part 107 Certified?
Yes, drone pilots flying for commercial purposes are required by the FAA to have a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. This ensures that the pilot is knowledgeable regarding all FAA rules and regulations regarding unmanned aerial vehicle operation (UAV/drones) and safety practices.
Are You Properly Insured?
Yes, Fox Aviatrix has the proper Property and Liability insurance, as well as Personal and Advertising coverage. Certificates of insurance can be supplied upon request, and clients can be named insureds if that is required.
Do you Follow FAA Drone Regulations?
Yes, all flights are checked with the FAA airpsace requirements prior to the mission. If the location is in controlled airspace, a waiver from the FAA must be obtained, and this can take anywhere from 1 to 120 days depending the on the particular advisory. Fox Aviatrix is experienced in navigating the FAA rules and regulations, and will ensure a legal and safe flight each time.
